Michael Radice

Michael Radice

Co-Owner

Mike Radice and Michael Nadel (Mike and Mike) have been working together since 2006 and co-founded Globex Performance in 2010. Mike’s background is in fabrication and performance modifications. Today Mike manages most of our larger projects and nearly all of the custom fabrication, CAD modeling, CNC programming, and anything else that comes up.

Michael Nadel

Co-Owner

Mike grew up in the performance world. His family was involved in NHRA professional drag racing, so he spent his time growing up either in the pits at various drag strips or bouncing around off road in the back of his family’s K5 Blazer. The motorsports bug hit him hard and he's dabbled in various types of competition ever since. Mike handles all of Globex Performance’s boring back office work but prefers to spend his time on the trail. When he's not in the shop you'll usually find Mike playing with his two- and four-wheeled toys and traveling the country taking our shop rigs out to show off what our vehicles can do!

Glen Morris

Glen Morris

General Manager

Glen is a lifelong gearhead. His passions include anything auto related! Vintage Pontiacs are Glen's primary love, but he also plays with modern HD trucks, ATVs, and more. His primary off-road toy is his XJ with custom one-ton axles, 40” Nittos, etc. Glen will be the one most likely to help you build your dream vehicle. With a few thousand builds under his belt, he’ll definitely be able to help you figure out the right combination.

Vinnie Lombreglia

Shop Foreman

Vinnie joined our team in 2019. However, he’s been helping us with projects for years. In his previous position at a local chassis shop, he often worked on our custom chassis and roll cages. With his previous chassis shop experience in classic vehicle restoration, Vinnie's brought his amazing skillset and attention to detail to our team. Vinnie spends his off-time working on various race cars or one of his personal projects. We can’t wait to see what his Isuzu Trooper can do on the trail once it’s complete!

Tom Kosich

Tom Kosich

Customer Service

Tom is a true Jeep enthusiast. He's currently on his 78th Jeep, a 2016 JK he tastefully modified with a 2.5" Metalcloak Lift, 37" Nittos, 5.13 Revolution gears, ARB air lockers, and a Dynatrac ProRock44 front axle.

Dave Horton

Technician

Dave is our gear and axle specialist. Before coming to join our team he spent years in a transmission shop and now spends most days building axles for our customers. While we haven’t dragged him into building a rock crawler yet, he’s definitely a die-hard gearhead. During his off-time, you’ll find him enjoying his tuned-up Trailblazer SS or one of his 2 wheeled toys (a BMW S1000RR and Indian Scout).
